Since I really like the titles of all the short stories in this book, I'm very happy they're all a book like this.
I have three pierced earrings on each of my ears. People ask, why three? Because I wanted pearl earrings lined up at once from small to medium to large. It's quite wonderful. On my birthday this year on March 15th, I received lots of earrings from fans. I was so happy! Ehehe. Thank you very much. There were many star and moon earrings. I wonder if that's because of the manga I'm writing now, Sailor Moon.

"I'm Sailor Moon! In the name of the moon, I'll punish you! You have to watch
the TV show and the manga!"
I like tear-shaped earrings. This kind. [Drawing of earring] It's called a teardrop shape.
"Boku no Pierce Girl" is a work I wrote when I had just graduated from college. It took place in an area I often went to visit then, Jingu Gaien in Shinanomachi in Tokyo. The greenery is extremely pretty, and it's the greatest feeling there after the rain in the summer. (The spring cherry blossoms are pretty, too.)
